Terms and Conditions KN77 – Clear & Transparent Platform Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kn77 platform – whether via the website, mobile app, or any other available channel – you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the kn77 platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and the kn77 platform ("we", "kn77" or "the platform"). This document is to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Rules, which form part of this overall agreement.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

The kn77 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not located in a country or region where use of this platform is prohibited under local law
• Not having had an account previously closed by kn77 for breach of terms
• Register using your own identity, not on behalf of another person

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. kn77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Documents typically required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or a utility bill.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Opening multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device information – is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your kn77 account login credentials, including your username and password. kn77 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Notify the kn77 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings

Kn77 shall not be held liable for any financial loss or data loss resulting from you sharing your login credentials, using a device infected with malware, or neglecting basic security practices. All activity conducted under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

04 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Kn77 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and other methods available on the platform at any given time.

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction
• All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees)
• Kn77 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 and 30 minutes for standard cases; a longer duration may apply when additional security checks are required
• Kn77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-risk

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Kn77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player
• Bonuses may not be transferred or shared with another account
• Kn77 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means or system abuse
• Bonus validity periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion type – expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover requirements are met, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be considered void

06 General Game Rules

All games available on the kn77 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, or in the case of Live Casino, real physical equipment broadcast live. The outcome of each game is final and may not be disputed on the grounds of technical error not caused by the kn77 system.

• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection remains stable throughout their gaming session
• In the event of a technical disruption originating from kn77, system records will be used to determine the status of any interrupted game
• Kn77 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end
• The use of automation software, bots, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Kn77 reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence that winnings were obtained through exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kn77 platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or someone else's
• Use of a false identity or manipulated documents during registration or KYC
• Any form of financial fraud including the use of unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for unauthorized gain
• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, scripts, or technical assistive tools
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or use of the kn77 platform for suspicious financial transactions
• Selling, transferring, or lending your kn77 account to any other party

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Kn77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out entirely in accordance with the kn77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your personal information – including your full name, identity card number, banking details, and transaction records – will only be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. kn77 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

09 Liability Limit

Kn77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that are not in the player's favour
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Data loss due to technical failures beyond kn77's control
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties such as payment service providers

Kn77 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime annually; however, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. In the event of unavoidable outages, kn77 will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and notify affected players.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Kn77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the Responsible Gaming programme
• Account inactive for more than 90 consecutive days

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the kn77 support team. Any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding an account, transaction, or game outcome, players are encouraged to contact the kn77 support team first via live chat within the platform. Our team will endeavour to resolve every dispute fairly and transparently within 3 business days.

For disputes that cannot be resolved at the customer support level, the matter will be escalated to kn77 management for further review. The decision of kn77 management on all matters relating to platform rules, game outcomes, and terms compliance is final.

All transaction records and game logs stored in the kn77 system will be used as the primary reference evidence in any dispute resolution.

12 Term Amendments & Notices to Players

Kn77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for material changes where at least 7 days' notice will be given to players via:

• An in-platform notification on kn77 the next time you log in
• Email to the address registered in your account
• Announcements on the kn77 homepage

Continued use of the kn77 platform after any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version currently in effect.
